The Pottstown Judo Club Beginners Class will start on Monday September 14th.
Classes MONDAYS and THURSDAYS
Children ages of 7+ to 12, 6:30PM; Teen and Adult at 7:30PM
Dues are $60 for 8 Weeks / 16 Classes ($65 Non-Resident)
Classes are held at the Gym of Rupert Elementary School, Pottstown
The benefits of the Martial Arts have been well proven. They promote self-discipline and self-confidence in people of all ages, but especially children.
This course is designed to teach both fundamental and advanced techniques of Self-Defense and Sport Judo in a safe and supportive environment.
Judo is the modern form of Ju-Jitsu, and is an official Olympic and Paralympic sport.
