Phoebe Richland to Host 2009 Family Day & Art Walk Festival

Richlandtown, PA – Phoebe Richland Health Care Center is hosting a Family Day and Art Walk Festival on Saturday, September 12, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Union Street parking lot at Phoebe Richland, 108 South Main Street, Richlandtown.

The event will include a craft table, food, music and children’s activities (face painting with Mosaic Mama and a moon bounce) along with displays by 12 local artists who work in mediums such as watercolor, oil and acrylic painting, jewelry, floral designs, hand-painted baby clothing, and other fine crafts.

The entertainment schedule is as follows:

* 10am- Guitar & Violin with Brendan & Mandy
* 10:30am- Violinist Leah Bruckno
* 11am- The James Supra Blues Band
* 12noon- Freddie the Saxophonist
* 12noon- BeeBop the Clown and Balloon Art
* 1:30pm- The Happy Rangers Band

The event is free and open to the public.  The rain date is Sunday, September 13 from 12 to 4 p.m.
