“Keeping you out of trouble instead of get you out of trouble”. That is what Roger told me when I asked him why someone should use him instead of another company. He said that he likes to help people before they have a problem and save them a lot of time, aggravation & money.
Roger started All County & Associates back in the 80′s. He & his partners would buy land and subdivide it. One of the challenges they had was outsourcing the engineering plans, site layouts, permits etc…
The companies they were using at the time would get to Roger’s locations on their time schedule rather than Roger’s time schedule. And if you know anything about development, time is money.
So Roger & his partners hired someone in house to do this service for their own company.
They then started getting requests to help other companies do the same thing and over time have transitioned into providing those services for other companies now.
One thing Roger mentioned to me was that the economy is affecting him, but they have adapted quite well. Now rather than work with a lot of large developers, they are focusing on smaller projects.
Mom & Pop projects, home owners, commercial, residential, but on a smaller scale. Where they may have worked with 10 clients at 100′s of thousands per project, they are now working with 200 clients in the 100′s.
Roger gets most of his clients through referral, past clients realize that they bring a lot to the table and can help them regardless of what they need.
Think of All County & Associates like one leg in the triangle. On one corner you have the government, on the other corner the customer/homeowner and on the 3rd corner is Roger’s company.
They facilitate the process and make sure you don’t get into trouble on sewage, easements, permits, plans, restructuring, & building etc….
They are like a project coordinator that know all the ins & outs of the trade.
So the next time you are thinking of putting that addition on or redoing your pipes or adding a new pool, make sure to give Roger a call.
