Chester County Recovery Funds Spending Report
Chester County’s strategic planning process provides taxpayers with transparency and accountability regarding the spending of funds.
The county provides this page that is intended to provide Chester County citizens with the ability to track the progress of county projects funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA)Â It will be updated at appropriate stages of each project.
All ARRA grants awarded to Chester County will be used to create and preserve jobs, improve infrastructure and continue to provide essential community services to its citizens.
